FOK-type mobile devices
In FOK units, air filtration is achieved with the deposition of dust particles contained in the air suctioned with the fan through a self-supporting sleeve on the filter insert located in the purification chamber. At the intervals determined by the adjuster on the controller board, the electrovalve switches on, which purifies the filter insert from the contaminants deposited thereon by means of impulse of air accumulated in the tank. These contamination fall into the settler (drawer) placed under the insert. The insert purification cycle takes place from the moment the power is turned on independently of the fan operation. More effective purification of the insert occurs when the fan is stopped. Compressed air is provided by the user, required pressure – 6 bar.
PEFO-type mobile devices (electrofilters)
In PEFO devices, the contaminated air is sucked from the emission zone and fed to a mechanical filter, where thicker dusts and inclusions are separated. Then, in the ionizer zone, the contaminant particles are positively ionized with a DC voltage of 12000V and then, passing through the picker zone where the positive electrodes are under the voltage of 6000V, they settle on the negative plates of the picker. After passing through the final mechanical filter, clean air is ejected into the atmosphere with the fan.
